The Aligned Teacher: A Guide to Sanity When You Just Want to Quit is a collection of tips and tricks for teachers to align and protect their energy, thereby reducing stress levels and elevating mental, emotional and physical health. I was inspired to write this book by my husband, Kevin, who is a phenomenal teacher but was coming home extremely stressed out every day. I used these tips to help him feel better, and realized that he was not the only teacher feeling that way. My hope is to give teachers tools they can use to feel happier, healthier and more at peace.
